After leaving politics, Steve turned his attention to technology, becoming an early investor in VR and AR startups. He spent two years as the chairman of the YPO Technology Network, a global community of technology leaders from around the world. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the latest trends and developments in the field, and helped him to identify a critical need for an educational platform that leverages the power of VR to enhance learning and engagement.
Today, Steve leads the team at Victory XR in their mission to create this platform and bring the benefits of VR to schools around the world. He leads a team of 40, building out digital twin campuses around the world, creating a better way to learn with simulation.
