The ultimate gathering of trailblazers in the Metaverse and Web3 community is gearing up for the 3rd edition of The MEWS - Metaverse, Entertainment & Web3 Worlds Summit, has announced the 2024 summit is set to take place in the luxurious city of Monte-Carlo, Monaco from May 13th to 17th. 

The MEWS 2024, Under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, is set in one of the most beautiful and prestigious locations imaginable.

Last years edition of The MEWS Summit, boasted an unprecedented gathering which brought together 250 participants from over 40 countries, marking the commencement of a season filled with entertainment, film, and e-sports events, all under the compelling theme "Eyes to the Future." This B2B event stands as the pinnacle of prestige, with 10 global sponsors and a dozen exhibitors joining in the festivities.

Already established as the most prestigious Metaverse event globally, the MEWS Summit showcased the latest innovations in Web3, offering an exclusive platform for industry leaders to establish enduring relationships. The event's format was deliberately exclusive, accommodating only 250 attendees, ensuring an exceptionally immersive and intimate experience for all participants.

Among the notable keynote speakers were John Linden, the CEO of Mythical Games. Nic Mitham, a distinguished thought leader in the Metaverse sector, shared insights on world-class data and market analytics, along with the publication of the Web3 Metaverse Index. John Linden, on the other hand, delivered a keynote on Metaverse interoperability, shedding light on current industry trends and future developments.

The summit provided a unique networking opportunity for participants to engage with major Metaverse players, including Roblox, Decentraland, Spatial, and others. Representatives from Monaco Asset Management, the Business and Digital sectors of the Monaco Government, and the Web3 Sports Elite with Monaco's World Athletic Federation were also in attendance.

The prestigious MEWS Awards, celebrating ten outstanding achievements, were decided during the summit. The winners, selected from a pool of over 80 nominees, were honored during a black-tie Charity Gala held on May 4 2023. Notably, HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco personally presented one of the awards, adding royal distinction to the ceremony.

This year’s summit promises to be even more spectacular, with elite speakers to be announced in the coming weeks.
